Trinity County Resource Conservation District

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to Trinity County Resource Conservation District under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 532, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(1) and 3407(e).

Estimated total amount of agreement is $640,63 5. 32 with the Recipient providing a total of $ 0. 0 0. Reclamation is providing $114,00 0. 58 in Fiscal Year 201 6. The purpose of this project is to provide public information, education and outreach activities for the Trinity River Restoration Program (TRRP/Program) to benefit the interests of Partner agencies and the Program as a whole.

Due to the complex legal and biological issues associated with the TRRP, to is vitally important to expand public knowledge in order to improve the likelihood of success, acceptance and support for restoration efforts.
