U. S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) cooperative agreement to provide financial assistance to state energy offices for the State Heating Oil and Propane (SHOPP) Program.

SHOPP is a joint data collection effort between heating oil and propane consuming states and the U. S. Energy Information
