The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to exercise options under existing PTA cooperative agreements.

to exercise an option.

The decision to exercise an option will be made on a program-by-program basis, taking into consideration compliance with the terms of the cooperative agreement, performance, program execution goals, and the availability of funds.

Section VIII of the SCAA explains the option application process and you should refer to it for guidance.

All documentation listed in Section VIII, as modified or amended, of the SCAA is required to support an award an option.

Refer to the email provided to you by the Grants Officer for additional information.

Your complete application must be submitted by the time specified by the Grants Officer.
