FY 2018 International Visitor Leadership Program

The Office of International Visitors, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA/PE/V), United States Department of State (DOS), announces an open competition for up to eight assistance awards to administer the FY 2018 International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).

Launched in 1940, the

IVLP is a professional exchange program that seeks to build mutual understanding between the U. S. and other nations through carefully designed short-term visits to the U. S. for current and emerging leaders.

These visits support U. S. foreign policy goals and reflect the participant's professional interests.
