Cooperative Agreement for CESU-affiliated Partner with Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit

The US Geological Survey is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner for research to leverage expertise and infrastructure to support and accelerate data collection and synthesis research on climate mediated range shifts and science synthesis at the national scale for the Climate Adaptation Science


Center (CASC) Network.

This opportunity will focus on collecting data and supporting synthesis research in conjunction with the Climate Adaptation Postdoctoral researcher cohort, with the recipient focusing on providing the environmental data science skills Postdoctoral researchers need to conduct their synthesis research.

To advance the research agenda on the future of climate mediated range shifts in a changing climate, the recipient will deliver a series of facilitated research workshops and synthesis working groups that will assist in carrying out a large-scale, integrative analyses needed for scientific synthesis.
