ARC Congressional Grant

The funding in this appropriation will be used to defray the costs of and enhance Red Cross emergency communications services, support the work of Red Cross personnel providing services to deployed troops, continue and enhance installation services at both domestic and overseas locations as requested


by the military medical commands, and support the work of Red Cross chapters across the country providing services to military and veteran families in their local communities.
