HIV Care Grant Program - Part BStates/Territories Formula and AIDS Drug Assistance Program Formula and ADAP Supplemental Awards

This announcement solicits applications for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B Base, AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Base, Pacific Island Jurisdiction Part B/ADAP Base, ADAP Supplemental, Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI), and Emerging Communities (EC) program.

 The purpose of this


program is to assist States and Territories in developing and/or enhancing access to a comprehensive continuum of high quality HIV care and treatment for low-income people living with HIV (PLWH).  For the purposes of this program, “States” include the District of Columbia and “Territories” include the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U. S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.  This program supports the National HIV/AIDS Strategy:
Updated to 2020 (NHAS 2020) which is inclusive of the HIV continuum of care.  The goals of NHAS 2020 are to reduce HIV incidence, increase access to care and optimize health outcomes, and reduce HIV-related health disparities.
