FY 2016 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO programs benefiting refugees in the Balkans

PRM is soliciting proposals for the following activities in the Balkans:
A) A Regional Proposal covering Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia to provide complementary support for the beneficiaries of the Regional Housing Program (RHP) and for returnees from Kosovo.

This proposal

should include capacity building activities for national and local authorities and components that provide legal assistance and livelihood programs from populations of concern.

B) A Proposal for returnees to Kosovo that aims to build capacity to improve the response of national and local level governments as well as local NGOs in providing protection to returnees, including advocacy to sensitize local authorities towards returnee needs.

The proposal may also include direct assistance to support income generation and a limited housing reconstruction component.
