Operation and Management of the Kabul Educational Advising Center (KEAC) locations in Kabul, Herat, and Mazar-e Sharif

The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U. S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, is pleased to announce an open competition for eligible organizations to submit applications to carry out the operation and management of the Kabul Educational Advising Center (KEAC) locations in Kabul, Herat, and Mazar-e Sharif.

Based on funding availability, the successful applicant will manage and operate the KEAC locations in Kabul, Herat, and Mazar-e Sharif, Afghanistan, from/about October 2018 to/about October 202 0. The three educational advising centers provide advising and training to Afghan high school and college students who wish to study in the United States and offer career mentoring and job search assistance.

The recipient of this award will offer standardized test preparation courses and administer standardized exams.

The centers will provide advisors certified by EducationUSA, the State Department network of international student advising centers.

While there are three KEAC locations in operation, applicants should not expect to use current facilities.
