Tanzania Capacity and Communications Project (TCCP)

The goal of this solicitation and the resulting cooperative agreement is to increase the adoption of safer behaviors by Tanzanian adults and high-risk populations (adults and youth) to prevent or manage HIV infection, support the up-take of family planning to reduce unmet need, address maternal, newborn,


and child health issues, and address other health issues.

In support of this goal, the Tanzania Communications and Capacity Project (TCCP) has the following objectives:
1. Execute evidence-based, coordinated behavior change communications initiatives at scale 2. Reinforce systems for coordinating and delivering behavior change communications 2. 1. Social and behavior change communications effectively coordinated at the national, regional, and district levels 2. 2. Social and behavior change communications skills measurably transferred to Tanzanian institutions and organizations
