Madelia Town to Use a $57,000 to Reduce Soda Consumption

Little town of Madelia, Minnesota will use a $57,000 Statewide Health Improvement (SHIP) grant to campaign against frequent soda consumption for a healthier community.


The campaign is part of the state Legislature in spending $30 million over the next two years to curb the unhealthy habits of Minnesotans such as eating junk food or smoking.
