Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands Awards Grant to Local Communities

Five communities have been awarded a grant through the Land and Water Conservation Fund from the Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands. The program provides funding for local communities for outdoor recreational facilities as well as provides new economic opportunities.

Included in the recipients of the grant are Vassalboro, Old Orchard Beach, Pittsfield, Standish and Camden.
