State Grant to Fund Dock Wall Repairs

The Erie Port Authority will be repairing its crumbling dock walls, thanks to a state grant approved by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett.


A $5 million grant is set for allocation to restore about 1,000 feet of wall in the slip behind the Intermodal Center. The dock walls have been slowly disintegrating for years.
