Winchester to Receive $346,500 Grant to Create Aging in Place
Agency - Housing and Community Development AuthorityThe City of Winchester will earn a state grant totaling $346,500 for the establishment of an Aging in Place program.
The program would dole out funds for the improvement of homes for the elderly to enable them to continue living independently. The grant comes from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds.
