Calvin College Professor Receives $200,000 Grant
Jan Koop, a Calvin College professor, receives a $200,000 state grant for a second year in a row to help educators in the Grand Rapids area.
The grant will be used to provide training to 40 teachers at William C. Abney Academy that serves students from Kindergarten through seventh grade.
Two teachers will from West Side Christian School will receive help as well.
