Challenge Manufacturing Receives Millions in Grants for Facility Expansion

Challenge Manufacturing, an auto performance part and carbon composite company, is being awarded a $1 million Michigan Business Development Program grant.


The grant aims to support a 10 million-dollar expansion of the company's facilities in the region. The company's officials say that the funds used for upgrades will also grow its thousand-member workforce by 180 full-time employees.
