30-Year Conditional Lease to the Minnesota Twins

The Minnesota Twins and Lee County have agreed for a 30-year conditional lease. The conditional lease was needed for the county's application for a $15M state grant for the needed improvements of the Lee County Sports Complex and Hammond Stadium.


The requested grant needs to be matched by the county because the improvements needed for the stadium would amount to $30M according to Doug Meurer.
