Electric Bill Assistance for Senior Citizen Residents of Manatee County

The senior citizen residents of Manatee County applied for financial assistance for their electric bills under a state grant. The Manatee County was awarded $110,500 under 2012’s Emergency Home Energy Assistance for the Elderly grant.


The assistance is made available for those residents whose electric bills are overdue; for those who received final notices; and for those whose power has been cut.
