Kanzaki and Selectmen Partners to Upgrade Sewer Line

Kanzaki Specialty Papers and Selectmen is planning to upgrade the town's aging waste water treatment plan which will cost about $4.5 million. Each of them will be contributing $1 million.


This equal contribution increase their chances of winning the MassWorks grant to fund their $2.5 million. According to them, MassWorks grants are awarded when a project involves job retention and/or job expansion.
